Information note for candidates
Protection of personal data

Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the Loi Informatique et Liberté (“LIL”), amended in 2004 and then replaced by Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 relating to the protection of personal data, and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data applicable since May 25, 2018 (GPDR), Azur Health Science undertakes to ensure the protection of the personal data of candidates processed in the context of its recruitment procedure.

Category of data concerned
The candidate’s personal data will be recorded by Azur Health Science, acting as the “recruitment management” data controller. Azur Health Science undertakes to process only the data of the candidate that is strictly necessary for the assessment of his or her ability to occupy the job offered or to measure his or her professional aptitudes.

To this end, the candidate will be asked for data relating to diplomas obtained, professional experience, skills and professional aptitudes in relation to the position offered. Data making it possible to identify the candidate will also be processed by Azur Health Science (in particular: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, photo if applicable). More broadly, the data transmitted by the candidate and contained in the various media collected by Azur Health Science (Curriculum Vitae and cover letters, for example) will be processed.
Within the framework of its recruitment process, Azur Health Science may have to collect information relating to the candidate’s employer references.

Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process.

Purposes of data processing
The above categories of personal data are collected and processed by Azur Health Science for the following purposes

– Receipt and analysis of applications (spontaneous, or through external organisations such as job boarding platforms);
– Pre-selection of candidates and making contact;
– Management of the interviews and evaluation of the candidate’s ability to fill the position offered by measuring their professional aptitudes through a form;
– Reimbursement of travel expenses (in the case of face-to-face interviews);
– Establishment of promises of employment, where applicable.

The purposes of the processing of personal data mentioned above are thus necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Azur Health Science within the framework of its recruitment process, or may be, where applicable, necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures between Azur Health Science and the successful candidate. In this case, the candidate will be asked for information and proof necessary for the accomplishment of the obligatory formalities of Azur Health Science. The transmission of this information will then condition the conclusion of the employment contract between the two parties.

Duration of data retention :
The data is kept in an active database for the time necessary for the recruitment process to be completed.

Unless the candidate advises otherwise, Azur Health Science may keep in its database (for a maximum period of two years) all the elements transmitted by the said candidate in order to inform him/her of future opportunities likely to interest him/her and to correspond to his/her profile.

Data concerning successful candidates will be included in their administrative file and will be retained for the applicable retention period (i.e. up to five years after the end of the employment relationship). employment relationship).

Recipients of the data :
The applicant’s file is treated as confidential. Only authorised internal staff (management) have access to the personal data contained therein.

In the event of a positive outcome to the recruitment process, the human resources department will be required to transmit some of the information collected to the bodies informed of the applicant’s definitive employment (in particular unemployment insurance, health insurance, retirement, mutual insurance). The candidate, reclassified as an employee, will be fully informed of the various data processing operations carried out by Azur Health Science in the context of and within the framework of his/her employment contract.

Candidates’ rights and methods of exercise:
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the candidate has the right to access his/her personal data, the right to rectify and delete his/her data, the right to object and the right to limit the processing of his/her data, and, where applicable, the right to portability of his/her data.

This request can be made :

– By going to the Azur Health Science website in the “managing your rights” tab.

If the candidate believes, after having contacted Azur Health Science and/or its Data Protection Delegate, that his or her “Data Processing and Freedom” rights are not respected, he or she may submit a complaint to the CNIL.

GDPR procedures :
Azur Health Science undertakes to put in place all the procedures allowing compliance with the texts regulating the protection of personal data. Azur Health Science undertakes to effectively process requests to exercise the rights of the persons concerned, and to notify the Control Authority, if necessary, of any violation of one or more data after having carried out a precise risk analysis of the incident, as soon as possible or at the latest within 72 hours following the discovery of the incident, according to the recommendations of the CNIL.

To avoid such incidents, or at least to limit their scope as effectively as possible, Azur Health Science undertakes to take all the technical and organisational measures in order to secure the processing of personal data for which it is responsible as much as possible, and to ensure their confidentiality.
